Conference Youth MUN Madrid 2022

In the «new normality» society needs more than ever young non-conformists, open to dialogue between cultures and able to look for joint solutions beyond their own borders.
This new edition, entitled ‘Next Youth Europe’ recognised by Erasmus +, will give special prominence to the member countries of the European Union, their problems and the representation of their democratic institutions.
Due to the crisis situation caused by the Coronavirus, the Opening Ceremony of our Youth Mun Madrid 2022 Conference ‘Next Youth Europe’ will take place on Friday 10 June in the morning and afternoon in the Senate in 2 different sessions. It will be a very special conference in which all groups will have the following structure:

GET READY: HOW TO PREPARE FOR YMM
The study guide is an essential working document for each delegate to start researching their topic and prepare their position paper.
The position paper can be sent until 3 May 2022 to the following address: youthmunmadrid@promocionsocial.org
Important: Send a word document titled with the name of the committee and country you represent, e.g. ‘HHRR USA’; ‘ONU MUJER ALEMANIA’. The subject of the email should contain the same title (‘HHRR USA’; ‘ONU MUJER ALEMANIA’).
Please note that you can consult the rules of procedure and other supporting documents for submitting the position paper and preparing the Conference on the online platform to which you have access: https://online.youthmunmadrid.com/.
COVID
COVID message of responsibility from all participants throughout the conference
During the Opening Ceremony, no one will be allowed to move from their seats except the delegates giving their opening speech and the organisers. If facilitators wish to make recordings with their devices, it will have to be from their seat and seated so as not to obstruct anyone else’s view.
At the end of the event, everyone present will leave the room in groups. Beforehand, we will take turns taking a group photo of you in the chair. Once the event and the photo have been taken, you will have to leave the hall.
We ask you to be as responsible as possible to avoid crowds and to respect the timetable agreed with the Senate.
On Saturday and Sunday you will have to respect the Covid rules. Facilitators will be ultimately responsible for the behaviour of their group of delegates and the organisation reserves the right to sanction anyone who does not respect the rules.
Mensaje de responsabilidad COVID de todos los participantes a lo largo de toda la conferencia
Durante la Ceremonia de Apertura, nadie podrá moverse de su sitio salvo los delegados que intervengan con su opening speech y los organizadores. Si los facilitadores queréis hacer grabaciones con vuestros dispositivos tendrá que ser desde vuestro puesto y sentados para no dificultar la visión a nadie.
Al finalizar el acto todos los presentes irán saliendo de la Sala por grupos. Previamente os haremos una foto de grupo por turnos en la presidencia. Una vez concluido el evento y la foto tendréis que abandonar la sala.
Os pedimos la máxima responsabilidad para evitar aglomeraciones y respetar el horario acordado con el Senado.
Del mismo, tanto el sábado y domingo se tendrá que respetar la normativa Covid. Los facilitadores serán responsables últimos del comportamiento de su grupo de delegados y la organización se reserva el derecho de sancionar a todo aquel que no respete las normas.
